At Knakedeye , your appointment is very important to us. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations: • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price. Late Arrivals: • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled or shortened, and a late fee may apply. • Clients arriving late may not receive the full service but will still be charged for the full session. Rescheduling: • You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. • Repeat last-minute rescheduling or cancellations may require a deposit to book future appointments.
